What is it about working in a small garage type operation that leads people to create the craziest, most awesome, and finely crafted machines…and why do said machines usually involve a high degree of risk to life and limb..but have you check your retirement account anyway? We don’t have the answers, but we do have some details on just such a machine after the jump.
Called the Brimstone Quadracycle, it is both the world’s coolest quad and potentially every bit as hellish as its name implies. Its got a V8 and hits 60mph in 2.8 seconds. You can get one with as much as 750hp. Because that’s what a V8 can do. It must sound awesome being that..it has a V8 and all. Did we mention that you’re basically holding on to the back of a V8 with handles?
But seriously, its billed as the world’s first hot rod quad and can be custom built with carbon fiber, kevlar, or aluminum, along with choice of custom exotic leathers..like alligator. You can apparently order one right now but there is no mention of pricing anywhere.
